One of our Fortune 500 clients (leading wireless network operator) in is looking for Hardworking & motivated talents to join their awesome team. Client has a dynamic team dedicated to delivering exceptional virtual event experiences that showcase our suite of innovative products and services. As a Marketing Senior Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving awareness and engagement through strategic event marketing campaigns, with a strong focus on virtual events and webinars.
Title: Marketing Manager
Location: Overland Park KS
Duration: 6+ months
Pay Range: $39 - $43 / hr.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end project delivery for virtual events and webinar projects, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
Utilize strong project management skills to ensure timelines, objectives, and budgets are met effectively.
Partner closely with campaign teams to align project execution with business goals.
Lead technical support for webinar platforms, ensuring seamless hosting, troubleshooting, and reporting.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and performance reports.
Coordinate post-event follow-ups to manage lead flow and optimize attendee engagement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on B2B marketing and virtual events.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience with Salesforce, Webex, and On24 preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across various organizational levels.
Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
