Responsibilities:

Nurture, leverage and engage with relationships with existing and potential energy efficiency utilities and partnersLead, develop and execute energy efficiency marketing strategies and assist in developing go-to-marketing plans to help Midea achieve strategic business goalsCollaborate with Programs & Promotions/ Communication manager to leverage go-to-market campaigns of Midea brandExplore business opportunities and increase product sales by acting as a sales brand manager, by integrating perfectly with the sales teamRequirements:

5+ years of relevant experience in renewable energy and public relationshipsKnowledge of energy markets, systems and policies, renewable energy technology and associated infrastructureExperienced in renewable energy project development or renewable energy finance, utility operations or independent system operator functions, ideally with experience relating to HVAC industry.Strong stakeholder outreach and engagement capabilities including advanced public-speaking and presentation skillsExperience with environmental permitting and/or working with regulators
