UX Research Operations Program Manager

Our client, a leading player in the tech industry, is seeking a dynamic individual to join their UX Research team within the security organization. This role is integral in driving the development of robust processes and infrastructure, empowering the UX Research team and their partner teams to excel in their business deliverables. The successful candidate will be engaged in:Managing a horizontal projectHandling email communications on status updatesSetting up meetingsConducting outreach to stakeholdersDeveloping onboarding processesCelebrating team milestonesResponding to signal scoresImplementing improvement plansDocumenting best practices to ensure consistency in processesReconciling any differences in methodologies and practices

Qualifications:Years of Experience Required:

1-3 years overall experience in the field.Degrees or Certifications Required:

Bachelors degree is mandatory.Disqualifiers:

Candidates with frequent job changes will not be considered.Best vs. Average Candidate:The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a similar role, with familiarity in streamlining recruiting efforts and knowledge management.The ability to quickly adapt to new areas and grasp new concepts in a complex domain is highly valued.A strong understanding of technology and the ability to swiftly understand new concepts are important.

Project Management:

Minimum 1-3 years of experience, including the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.UX Research Knowledge:

General awareness and knowledge of UX research approaches and methodologies with a minimum of 1-3 years of experience.B2B Software and Security Knowledge:

General awareness and knowledge of B2B software and the security space with a minimum of 1-3 years of experience.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is the equivalent of $45.76 $48 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
