Overview: Root Whole Body is seeking an ambitious, dynamic and strategic Community Marketing Manager to lead initiatives that foster community growth, enhance brand awareness, and promote whole body health. As the local member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for orchestrating impactful campaigns, engaging with diverse audiences, organizing both staff and customer events and driving membership growth through strategic community-building efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute community marketing strategies to increase traffic and drive membership acquisition at our flagship location.Cultivate and nurture relationships with community stakeholders, including influencers, brand ambassadors, customers, and staff members.Plan and coordinate community events, workshops, and seminars that align with Root Whole Body's mission of promoting holistic health.Create compelling content for social media platforms, blogs, and newsletters that resonates with our target audience.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate community initiatives into overall marketing campaigns and promotions.Identify and execute partnership opportunities with like-minded organizations, businesses, and influencers to expand reach and impact.Measure and analyze the effectiveness of community engagement efforts through metrics and KPIs, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize performance.Stay current with industry trends and best practices in community marketing, health and wellness, and holistic therapies.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.Proven experience in community management, social media marketing, or a similar role within a high-touch retail or hospitality brand, or the health and wellness industry.Strong understanding of holistic health practices and a genuine passion for promoting wellness.Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect and engage with diverse audiences.Proactive and Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative and engaging marketing campaigns.Experience in event planning and execution, from small-scale workshops to large community events.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in social media platforms, content management systems, and analytics tools.Strong organizational skills, written communication and attention to detail.Proactive project manager, managing multiple details or vendors on time and within budget.
