HDR currently has an opening for a Senior Marketing Coordinator with the technical skills and desire to help support our nationally recognized Transportation Business Group. This position can be based out of our Charlotte, NC, Raleigh, NC, Wilmington, NC, Winston-Salem, NC, or Atlanta, GA offices.

In the role of Senior Marketing Coordinator, we'll count on you to:

Conceptualize, research and produce marketing materials, proposals, promotions and presentationsWrite non-technical text, and edit and proofread all marketing communicationsProvide storyboarding and message development for strategic pursuitsBe responsible for timely production and quality of marketing communicationsActively participate in content for business class and marketing materials developmentWork with marketing and Project Managers to prepare materials, including qualifications, brochures, presentations, newsletters, proposals, award submittals, announcements and reportsUse intranet, collaboration and file repository sitesDevelop and coordinate graphics, write and edit layout materialsPerform other duties as neededPreferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degreeA minimum of 5 years of experienceWorks cooperatively with diverse teams, regional, department, national, technical managers and project staffCommitted to quality, improvement and HDR valuesRequires little or no direction in area of specializationMust exhibit proficient technical computer skills, advanced knowledge of communication theory and basic layout and design principlesGood interpersonal and communication skillsExcellent organizational and customer service skillsDemonstrates understanding of market and public relationsAn attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must#LI-KV1

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

A minimum of 2 years relevant industry experienceExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPointProficient in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including InDesignDemonstrated "self-starter" with a history of completing projects with limited oversight
