In the role of Senior Marketing Coordinator, we'll count on you to:

Writing, designing, developing, and producing marketing/pursuit materials for our clients that showcase our brand, our people, and our strengths of experience in documents and graphic presentations.Develop, research, coordinate, layout, and produce proposals, graphics, presentations, and other marketing collateral materialsWrite Non-technical text including the creation of boilerplate materials, documents, and reports as needed to support projects and pursuitsDevelop and coordinate graphics, write and edit layout materialsProvide storyboarding and message development for proposalsBe responsible for timely production and quality of marketing deliverables and communicationsProduction work including compiling, binding, and manually preparing documents and reports for client submittalMaintain and update database including pursuit and contract information (CRM), proposals, resumes, and project descriptionsInterface with internal project/client managers, marketing team, technical staff, and sub-consultants in the development of pursuit materials and client submittalsOrganizational skills, understanding of marketing processes, management of processes, and attention to detailCoordinating tradeshow, conference participation, client events, and public involvement events.Develop internet/social media content and profiles to support marketing efforts.Other duties as assigned.Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in journalism, business/,marketing, English, graphic design or equivalentA minimum of 3 years of experienceExcellent written and verbal communication skillsWorks cooperatively with diverse teams, regional, department, national, technical managers and project staffCommitted to quality, improvement and HDR valuesRequires little or no direction in area of specializationMust exhibit proficient technical computer skills, advanced knowledge of communication theory and basic layout and design principlesProficiency in InDesign and MS Office suiteGood interpersonal and communication skillsExcellent organizational and customer service skillsDemonstrates understanding of market and public relationsAn attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a mustQualifications

Required Qualifications

A minimum of 2 years relevant industry experienceExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPointProficient in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including InDesignDemonstrated "self-starter" with a history of completing projects with limited oversight
