$75,000 / yearWhat You'll Be Doing
Develop and oversee a comprehensive marketing strategy and budget that aligns with company goals.Design, implement, and manage all marketing campaigns and processes to ensure effective execution.Create and oversee the production of all marketing and promotional materials.Develop and implement strategies to increase traffic and engagement within our client's communities.Conduct market research, customer surveys, and competitive analysis to inform marketing strategies.Lead the branding, promotional materials creation, launch strategies, and website development for new communities.What You'll Need to be Considered
Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Adobe Creative Suite.5+ years experience in MarketingExcellent written and oral communication skills.An excellent eye for design and attention to detail.Ability to stay on top of the latest marketing trends and drive innovation.A hands-on approach and the ability to prioritize and wear many different hats.Real Estate or Home construction knowledge/experience is preferred.
