Marketing Director

This is an opportunity to make a significant impact by developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive traffic, sales, and community engagement.

• Play a key role in a small business where everyone pitches in and wears multiple hats.

• Be the sole person responsible for marketing, owning all aspects of the function.
• Manage all 3rd party agency work for paid advertising.
• Oversee email marketing, social media, creation of print materials, signage, and community branding.
• Lead the creation of all in-house marketing materials, including general brand identity, signage, and marketing materials.

• $75,000 / year

• Develop and oversee a comprehensive marketing strategy and budget that aligns with company goals.
• Design, implement, and manage all marketing campaigns and processes to ensure effective execution.
• Create and oversee the production of all marketing and promotional materials.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase traffic and engagement within our client's communities.
• Conduct market research, customer surveys, and competitive analysis to inform marketing strategies.
• Lead the branding, promotional materials creation, launch strategies, and website development for new communities.

• Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• 5+ years experience in Marketing
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• An excellent eye for design and attention to detail.
• Ability to stay on top of the latest marketing trends and drive innovation.
• A hands-on approach and the ability to prioritize and wear many different hats.
• Real Estate or Home construction knowledge/experience is preferred.
