This is an exciting chance to work in the role of Marketing Director, where designing company materials, overseeing social media, and managing external and internal communications is just the tip of the iceberg. This person will be responsible for having a vision and enhancing the Company's marketing department, as well as the current marketing strategy.

What you'll be doing:
As
Director of Marketing
you will be:Designing, producing, and distributing the semi-annual Company newsletter to all employees.Leading the effort in planning company / employee events to ensure their success.Locating, managing, accumulating, assembling, and submitting information for company and industry awards.Creating, maintaining, and regularly updating data for all proposal submissions, including resumes / headshots, project data sheets, 'canned answers' for general proposal responses, logos, and proposal themes.Creating and developing all Company marketing materials.Overseeing the Company's social media presence; ensuring that the Company website content is up-to-date and relevant.What you'll need to be considered:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field.5-10 years' experience leading a marketing team, including a minimum of 3 years' experience in corporate marketing with a high degree of creativity and latitudeExperience managing a team of direct reportsExpertise in Adobe InDesign and CanvaWhat could set you apart:
