Marketing Administrative Assistant

LHH is currently recruiting for a Marketing Admin for a permanent opportunity with our client in Dallas, TX. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in marketing and administrative tasks within the real estate industry. This is an excellent opportunity to join a rapidly growing organization and contribute to their long-term success. This is an onsite opportunity at our clients office in the Dallas area.
Responsibilities:
Make updates to marketing collateral using InDesign, ensuring brand consistency and high quality output
Coordinate property listings, including preparing marketing materials and property information packages
Manage social media accounts and online listings to enhance property visibility and company presence
Assist with the preparation of proposals, presentations, and other client-facing documents
Conduct market and competitor research and compile findings for presentation to company leadership
Provide administrative support to sales team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing documents
Maintain and update the client database, property listings, and transaction files
Liaise with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders to facilitate communication and transactions
Conduct market research and compile reports to support brokers in decision-making
Handle other administrative tasks and special projects as needed
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate
Proficient in Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment
Detail oriented with a high level of accuracy
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field highly preferred, but not required
Ability to work onsite at our clients office in the Dallas area

Pay Details:
$50,000.00 to $65,000.00 per year
