Role Overview:
Seeking a Marketing Director to lead advertising, promotion, and brand management across Birmingham and Baldwin County markets. Full-time preferred, part-time considered. Salary around $75,000 (adjusted for part-time).
Key Responsibilities:Develop and oversee marketing strategies and budgets.Design and manage marketing campaigns.Create and supervise marketing materials.Increase traffic and engagement.Conduct market research and competitive analysis.Lead branding for new communities.Generate innovative ideas to drive sales.Ensure a compelling customer experience.Qualifications:
Proven marketing leadership experience.Excellent communication and design skills.Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Adobe Creative Suite.Detail-oriented and team player.Benefits:
