VP of Marketing

Market Mercer County, PA as a travel destination to consumers and business travelers. Promote county tourist attractions at trade shows, and consumer travel shows. Represent the agency on state and local travel tourism committees. Assist with the development of print marketing materials, press releases, blogs, print ads, social media post, etc. Assist with the development and implementation of special events. Create PowerPoint presentations and present to audiences large and small. Guide service for motorcoach groups. Maintain consumer and membership relations through ongoing contact. Maintain VisitMercerCountyPA's website by adding new member listings, updating listings, and adding events to calendar of events. Must have driver's license and computer skills.

Qualifications include:

Experience in developing/implementing successful marketing campaigns, with knowledge and proficiency in online and social media marketingStrong communication skills, both verbal and writtenStrong organizational skillsBachelor's degree in relevant field such as marketing or communications

Good driving record. Able to travel as needed (approximately six times per year) including overnight trips both regionally and Canada with a US Passport
