The Director develops and directs marketing programs for CLA's digital products. Oversees the strategy, positioning, and messaging of products to existing clients and to the market. This role will work alongside service leaders to bundle solutions for clients/market.How you’ll

in this Director of Marketing for Digital Services role:

Drive Digital branding strategy with ROI to maximize spend allocations in partnership with leaders and stakeholders.Confirm personas and direct strategy to engage and build client base/loyalty.Work with service leaders to create solutions/bundled pricing for market.Focus on “Groups of Clients” such as global and government contractors – to provide a seamless experience based on market need.Amplify impact of products through press releases and direct marketing (channel ideas to communications).Support national events strategy (internal, external, webinars) collaborating with MPSs.Primary support for firmwide priority to drive Digital Services throughout CLA.Work alongside leaders to connect with top clients, glean sentiment, share CLA story (could also take form of client focus groups) that result in Digital product awareness and growth.Work alongside leaders & Chief Solutions Officer to develop/drive data-based opportunities to understand trends.Lead the planning and execution of go-to-market strategies for new product launches and product updates, including pricing, distribution, and promotion plans.Responsible for driving awareness of the Digital products within the CLA Family.Analyze metrics / celebrate successes.Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer habits. Grow brand reputation through innovative solutions and effectively position pricing. Report performance of marketing campaigns against ROI and other key performance indicators. Assess sales and advertising techniques and make recommendations to ensure promotional efforts are consistent with the branding strategy.What You Will Need:

10 years of relevant experience.Bachelor's degree is required. Combination of relevant experience, education, and training may be accepted in lieu of degree. Bachelors’ degree in a Design, Digital Marketing, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.Our Perks:
