Until FilledUnder general supervision of the Director, Event Marketing, Senior Manager, Event Marketing will support the planning and execution of all Outdoor Sportsman Group (OSG) company-wide events.Core Responsibilities:Event Marketing lead on marquee annual events such as ATA, SHOT, ICAST, Round Table, Ad Sales Conference and moreFacilitate event RFP process including hotel blocks and venue location researchBudget managementSupport on Hunt.Fish.Feed and Affiliate Consumer TradeshowsExamples of work performed:Lead, project manage and execute large-scale client events including, but not limited to; conferences, executive summits and sales meetingsVenue management of all event details such as decor, AV, catering, entertainment, transportation, location, guest list, special guests, equipment, promotional materials etc.Review and edit contracts and BEOs for hotel agreements, F&B orders, AV orders etc.Create and manage customer service emails as needed for OSG produced events.Conduct research on potential locations for new events, arrange site visits to scout venues, hotels, shuttle services etc.Main point of contact for all special events (i.e., Affiliate experiences, ATA Producers Party, Ad Sales Conference etc.)Act as the main liaison between OSG and PG exhibits conducting weekly calls to ensure we have properly coordinated:

Shipping of all booth materials for every showProper packing list for every show (often adjusting to account for two booths on the road at once)Booth designOrdering of electricity, furniture, floral, etc. for all showsOrientation of our booth at all shows

Assist with booth layout and approved graphics for trade shows.Liaise with internal clients such as Ad Sales and Affiliate Departments, listening to their needs and presenting ideas and solutions to their requirementsDevelop budget estimates and keep detailed fiscal records for all eventsProduce detailed proposals for events (e.g., timelines, venues, suppliers, legal obligations, staffing and budgets)Post-event evaluation (including data entry and analysis and producing reports for event stakeholders)This description is a summary only and is describing the general level of work being performed, it is not intended to be all-inclusive. BS/BA degree in field or related field2+ years’ experience in fieldApplicants must meet minimum qualifications at the time of hire.
