Responsibilities:
Oversee operations and drive revenue across a region of Pure Barre studiosRecruit, train and develop a team of talented instructors and staffEnsure consistent execution of Pure Barre's technique and superior serviceImplement marketing/sales strategies to attract new clients and membersAnalyze metrics and create action plans to achieve financial goalsDirectly coordinate with all vendors, ensuring that studio retail/products are stocked with accurate inventory countsAssist with training and supervision of Sales RepresentativesAssist with Hiring and Managing all instructors at the studioEnforce studio policies and proceduresEnsure all forms, administrative supplies, and studio literature is stocked and visibleSchedule and participate in networking/community events and studio promotionsStrategically manage marketing campaigns to generate leads for the studioAll other duties as assigned
Studios: Pure Barre Gainesville & Pure Barre Potomac Falls
Compensation: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
