LHH is recruiting for a
Director, Loyalty Marketing
position for one of our clients in the retail industry. This is your opportunity to join an innovative Marketing team at a company with a strong culture and growing business!
Location:
Central Illinois Area
Client is open to candidates from MIDWEST STATES only.
Candidates may work a hybrid schedule and travel into office 1-2x a month. Candidates may also relocate
(full relocation package available) if desired.
Compensation:
$140K-$160K (based on candidates experience) and incentive and amazing benefits
Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, 401K plan and more. Available paid leave may include Paid Sick Leave, where required by law; any other paid leave required by Federal, State, or local law; and Holiday pay upon meeting eligibility criteria.
Role Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Journalism, Digital Marketing, Communications, or similar.
5+ years of loyalty marketing and/or CRM experience in a Sr. Manager or Director Level position.
Strategic and technical understanding of loyalty programming, concepts, segmentation, customer lifecycle management, etc.
Experience with loyalty marketing management tools, CRM platforms, data analytics tools, and marketing automation.
Demonstrated experience leading, mentoring, and coaching a team. Providing real time feedback and growth for direct reports.
Knowledge of industry best practices, trends, and compliance/regulations related to loyalty programs.
Advanced experience with data analytics, measurement and reporting to gain insights from complex data information.
Advanced written and verbal communications skills for effective communication across the organization.
Strong ability to oversee, plan, and manage a variety of initiatives simultaneously.
