Beacon Hill Technologies is seeking a dedicated marketing professional to support our client's teams in utilizing sales and marketing tools to drive business. This role involves partnering with regional marketing teams to advance key initiatives, serving as a global hub for communication, sharing best practices, and promoting global initiatives. The candidate will assist in executing our client's Marketing Services Model for existing and new clients, including managing contracts and RFPs. Additionally, the role integrates exciting sponsorships to drive scale. The position also supports Strategy & Planning operations across functions among Advisory Services, including goal setting and annual planning, while ensuring compliance with key controls and brand standards. Required Skills:
-Proficiency in Spanish is required; proficiency in Portuguese is highly preferred.
-6+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 4+ years with an advanced degree (e.g., Master's, MBA, MD), or 3+ years with a PhD.
-Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
-Experience in marketing planning and execution.
-Experience in the financial industry and/or multinational companies.
-Ability to structure and manage complex projects and processes involving multiple stakeholders at both senior and junior levels.
-Strong persuasion skills.
-Proven track record of developing and executing marketing strategies that have delivered measurable business results.
-Ability to present effectively in both English and Spanish; proficiency in Portuguese is a plus.
Desired Skills:
-Proficiency in Portuguese is highly preferred.
