Sr. Visual Designer / Product

Description

The Sr. visual designer will be responsible for researching, designing, and prototyping new user experiences, campaigns, and marketing initiatives across several products. Deliverables may include design mockups, web pages, web modules, prototyping, produce, curate and ideate assets, UI elements, iconography, typography, and the documentation required for proper implementation. The right candidate should flourish in a dynamic, complex, ever-changing, and deadline driven environment. They should also be a seasoned collaborator and partner and be able to develop and present design ideas in a large team environment across a diverse set of stakeholders. They should possess extraordinary visual and user interface design skills, as well as user-centered design principals. Have an affinity for consistency, color use, typography, and a keen eye for subtle details and while exercising a good eye for aesthetics, they should be able to grasp and distill highly complex issues and translate them into clean, focused, understandable solutions. Strong communication skills and ability to stay highly organized is essential. Interest in new technologies in web, mobile, and other devices is required. You should be a self-starter, self-motivated, able to work independently, and perform multiple tasks under minimal supervision.

Key Qualifications

Proven track record for designing digital experiences, campaigns, UI elements, UX strategies, and component libraries, for use across multiple products.

Experience in unifying and maintaining UI and UX design across multiple teams with differing goals and priorities-including developing, maintaining, documenting, and gaining adoption of pattern libraries.

Ability to create everything from crisp wireframes to elegant high fidelity comps, prototypes, look books, and stunning presentations.

Strong communication skills and the ability to stay highly organized are essential. Interest in new technologies in Web, mobile, and other devices is required.

Be able to flourish in a dynamic, ever-changing, and deadline-driven environment.

Extraordinary ability to advocate for UI consistency with designers, engineers, product managers, and executives through writing, visuals, and presentations.

Be a self-starter, self-motivated, work independently, and perform multiple tasks under minimal supervision.

A proven ability to cultivate an environment of teamwork and cooperation, and build partnerships across multiple design teams and agencies.

Expert knowledge of user-centered design principles.

Experience working on responsive web apps, and designing for Moray and AEM is highly desired.

A basic understanding of HTML and CSS.

Expertise using Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Invision, and other design related software required

Familiarity with accessibility standards, inclusive design practices, and accessibility features on across all operating systems.
