Belle Springs is a brand-new Life Plan senior living community that’s now taking shape in Spring Hill, TN. This new and exciting concept will be launching soon and is seeking experienced, hospitality minded individuals who are looking to be a part of this unique and exciting development coming to the Spring Hill area!
This is a very rewarding, diverse position that combines a variety of skills and responsibilities. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is highly motivated, upbeat and energetic with excellent communication skills. There is a tremendous amount of upward career growth from this role. Commission potential on top of base salary!
Responsibilities include:
Prepare and distribute reports and mailings
Prospect tracking via the use of a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
Assist in event preparation, including any open houses or special functions related to sales and/or marketing
Maintain accurate and timely database records in CRM and Excel
Prepare and/or organize marketing materials
Greet visitors/answer and direct telephone calls as well as web inquiries
Provide telephone support to further sales efforts
Assist with coordinating move-ins
Preferred Qualifications:
Must possess excellent leadership and communication skills
Creative, fun loving and have a caring disposition towards the elderly
Current driver's license
Typing, organizational and marketing skills
Neat, professional, courteous manner and appearance
Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
Capable of problem solving, conflict management, budgeting, multitasking
Experience in social media is a plus
Customer Focus/Customer Service skills a must
Ability to build excitement for a future community
Self-motivated in tasks with the ability to excel in a team environment
