We are developing a new senior living CCRC and are seeking experienced, hospitality-minded individuals to join the Sales and Marketing Team for this dynamic community.Administrative duties to include:Preparation and distribution of reports and mailingsOperate and administer Prospect Tracking via the use of a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systemAssist in event preparation, including any open houses or special functions related to sales and/or marketingMaintain accurate and timely data base records in CRM and ExcelPrepare and/or organize marketing materialsCustomer Focus/Customer Service skills a mustGreet visitors/answer and direct telephone calls as well as web inquiriesUtilize interpersonal and relationship building skills including the ability to interact with prospects, office personnel, and managementProvide telephone support to further sales effortsAbility to build excitement for a future communitySelf-motivated in tasks with the ability to excel in a team environment, as well as work independentlyBilingual in Spanish a plus
