Sales & Marketing Director

Miami Jewish Health has an exciting opportunity in Miami, Florida ! We are developing a new senior living CCRC and are seeking experienced, hospitality-minded individuals to join the Sales and Marketing Team for this dynamic community.The Director is responsible for managing the people, processes, and programs of the community sales office. This effort includes both implementing and monitoring measurable sales goals for calls, appointments, event attendance, deposits, occupancy levels and revenue generation for the community. The Director is responsible for communicating the sales and marketing goals to the sales team, motivating the team to achieve the goals, and emphasizing the importance of creating a positive customer experience that inspires prospects to want to move to the community.Ideal candidates will have:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or Public Relations or related fieldOn the job training in sales within a continuing care retirement community, including problem-solving and sales techniquesThree to five years’ successful sales experience and experience as a sales manager, utilizing a lead management system/CRMAbility to cultivate relationships and build rapport with potential residents, to include proficiency in telephone contact and follow up, lead management, and closing skillsAbility to build excitement for a future community with potential residentsExcellent hospitality and customer service standardsExperience in a Customer Relationship Management database is preferredAbility to maintain detailed records and have solid computer skillsAbility to achieve and sustain the quality and quantity of leads and referralsMust have strong organizational skills and the desire to leadMust be independent and self-motivated to achieve high goalsMust be comfortable and proficient in public speaking to large groups of potential residents and referral sourcesBilingual in Spanish a plusSenior Living sales experience is required
