This role will equip Sales and Distributor Teams with programing materials and selling resources to drive effective execution of Guest and Shopper Marketing initiatives. This role will cover both on premise and off premise channel support.Utilize PDS system and available resources to identify areas for continuous self-improvement. Regularly dedicate time to growing the skills outlined in the Development Plan.

Effective and efficient forecasting, inventory management, and timelines. Consolidation and cost optimization of POS and merchandising material procurement. Effective vendor management and customer service support for Shopper Marketing, Sales, and Account Management. Implement sustainable efforts to minimize footprint and wasted resources.Leads all Trade Show requests and execution to up-level brand-equity and presence at key trade events. Delivers 'Trade Show Kits' to streamline resources by Trade Show type.Ensure resource allocation, execution and measurements are in place for NBD. Communicate updates to all stakeholders, assist with prioritization and quality of sales materials are professional and compelling for trade.Management of vendor (Magnolia) to deliver output that is on time, on budget, and impactful to the business. Effective and (cost) efficient management of point-of-sale materials and trade show resources. Execution of POS strategy, POS tools, POS prioritization, and timely procurement deliverables. Serves as POS and merchandise material standards gatekeeper to streamline and prioritize trade support needs, procurement and execution. Leadership of timely development and procurement of all POS and merchandise material.Collaborates with Global Manager Commercial Planning & Analytics and provides Regional input for global master planning. Identifies and reinforces Point of Sale planning, ordering, development, and shipping timelines to ensure cost optimization. Wired in with Sales Operations Director to ensure point of sale resources are aligned, on time, and on budget. Facilitates design reviews/approvals for all POS and merchandise materials with Brand, The Shop and Fulfillment Vendor (Magnolia). Leads item forecasts for evergreen tools (equipment & wearables) and programming specific tools (printables & wearables).Establish well organized priorities for yourself. Ensure project team members understand their roles, updates are posted, and priorities are successfully completed. Facilitate & ensure progress and use the PPT system to inform as appropriate.For assigned platforms/categories/brands, support the development of solution selling materials, new initiative plans and special projects. Reconcile brand/ portfolio issues with sales and marketing teams. Also, lead cross functional development and direction of national big bet sales promotions.Develop and follow action plan to gain the skills, learning experiences & results needed to meet career goals. Use CDS system to guide and record progress.
