Responsibilities
• Develop and execute comprehensive PR strategies to enhance brand visibility and garner positive media coverage, aligning with overall brand strategy.• Manage media relations effectively, securing impactful placements and interviews to elevate brand presence.• Coordinate and oversee all aspects of events, ensuring seamless execution that aligns with brand objectives.• Facilitate strategic partnerships with celebrities and influencers, overseeing product placements and collaborative efforts.• Identify and engage influencers who resonate withbrand values and aesthetics.• Planning seasonal PR gifting processes in coordination with the team to ensure effective outreach and follow-up.• Provide strategic recommendations to optimize brand recognition and engagement through innovative PR initiatives.• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to execute PR strategies effectively.• Conceptualize and oversee all brand events, ensuring seamless execution in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.• Managing and overseeing the event logistics, and all the details, including guest lists, gifting process with the team.• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with media and press contacts to secure editorial placements and positive media coverage.• Conceptualize and oversee all brand events, managing logistics including guest lists and gifting processes in collaboration with the team.• Playing a role in evaluating the opportunities for Owner in USA.• Work closely with the team to develop compelling press assets, releases, and communication materials for campaigns, product launches, and partnerships.• Facilitate celebrity and influencer partnerships, managing product placements and dressing opportunities.• Identifying new opportunities based on seasonal needs and planning their execution.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.• 5+ years of PR experience, ideally in luxury fashion or lifestyle sectors.• Strong media relationships with proven placements in digital, broadcast, and print media.• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.• Organized multitasker with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office.• Creative thinker with a strategic mindset, capable of driving innovative PR initiatives.• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster relationships with diverse stakeholders.• Self-motivated and proactive, demonstrating a high level of initiative and resourcefulness.• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle pressure effectively in a dynamic industry.
