Are you a creative and strategic marketer with a passion for the hospitality industry? Anna's House is seeking a dynamic and innovative Senior Marketing Manager to join our team.As the Senior Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to elevate the Anna's House brand and drive customer engagement. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create and implement targeted campaigns, manage digital marketing efforts, and oversee social media channels. Also, in the beginning stages of this position, this role will be responsible for performing all of the functions within the marketing department as it grows and develops. Supervisory Responsibilities :Recruit, interview, hire, and train new staff in the departmentOversee the daily workflow of the departmentHandle discipline and termination of team members in accordance with company policyDaily Responsibilities and Duties :Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans, including brand positioning, advertising, promotions, and public relations that protect and promote the Anna’s House brand.Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to create and implement effective marketing campaigns.Manage and optimize digital marketing initiatives, including website content, SEO, SEM, and email marketing.Oversee social media strategy and content creation across various platforms. Create content as needed.Gather and analyze information to identify new markets and customers, demand for products and services, and efficacy of existing marketing campaigns and strategiesConduct market research, competitor analysis, sales forecasting, and strategic planning to assess and identify trends to ensure Anna's House remains competitive.Conduct pricing research and analysis to ensure competitive product and service pricing.Maintain knowledge of trends and developments in the market; identify needs for new products and services and make recommendations to leadership.Analyze and evaluate financial aspects of product developmentCollaborate in the development of new products.Compose, develop, evaluate, and conduct training on marketing activities, strategies, and policies.Collaborate, participate in, and coordinate promotional activities or trade shows.Track marketing budget and allocate resources effectively and negotiate contracts for services needed to execute a marketing strategy.Perform other related duties as assignedRequirementsEducationBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field required; Master’s degree a plusExperienceAt least 3 years of proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role in the hospitality industryProven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaignsProven experience with current digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.Thorough understanding of current principles and methods used to promote, display, and sell products and services.Experience working with design software (Adobe suite, Canva, etc.)Experience with Microsoft Office suiteExperience writing content across multiple marketing areas (print, social media, email marketing, etc.)Photography experience a plusSkillsAbility to be highly creative while also being process-driven and ability to use data to make decisionsAbility to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and positively manage internal and external relationships.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent oral communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong supervisory and leadership skills.Ability to create, implement, and monitor budgets and forecasting.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Ability to multitask and manage a multiple deadline structureWork EnvironmentProlonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computerMust be able to lift at least 20 pounds at timesMust be able to access and navigate each department at the organization’s facilitiesOccasional weekend availability for marketing/promotional eventsBenefitsCompetitive Salary: $75,000 - $95,000Excellent working hoursNo night shiftsFlexible scheduleEligible for health, dental, vision, 401(k), life insurance, PTO, and College Tuition DiscountsFuture growth opportunities
