Job Summary:

Applied General Agency (AGA) is seeking an experienced, sharp, and innovative Marketing Coordinator. The successful candidate will demonstrate their ability to compose engaging content, provide high-performing email support, and represent AGA professionally at events and conferences. This role is pivotal in improving communication and brand awareness for AGA and its client-facing brand, AGA Life and Health.

Primary Responsibilities:Marketing Support - Email Inbox:

Manage and respond to inquiries from agents and internal team members regarding AGA programs, events, and resources. Assist agents with accessing, opting into, or requesting support for AGA initiatives.

AGA Attended and Hosted Events:

Support in the preparation of AGA events, including coordination of catering, décor, travel arrangements, and procurement of raffle prizes and event supplies. Provide on-site assistance for select events, ensuring smooth operations and representing AGA and its Marketing department professionally.

Content Creation:

Collaborate with the Marketing team to generate compelling copywriting and graphic design materials for social media platforms, as well as print and digital collateral. Assist in the creation of engaging content that aligns with AGA's brand identity and marketing objectives.

Primary Skills & Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business or 1+ year of work experience in a related field.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Proficiency in written and verbal communication, with excellent attention to detail.

Familiarity with graphic design tools (Canva) is preferred.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
