As Spark continues to enhance its brands, we are growing our team with a Email Marketing & CRM Coordinator.Position Overview:

The Email Marketing & CRM Coordinator will play a vital role in enhancing lead-nurturing and retention campaigns across email and other key retention channels. This person will be responsible for driving increased revenue and purchase frequency through segmented and personalized campaigns that align the brand with customer audiences throughout their lifecycle. This position supports the Director of Lifecycle & CRM and partners closely with performance marketing, product, and creative teams. Responsibilities include sharing key findings with senior business partners, planning and executing regular A/B tests, and ensuring the proper deployment of all email marketing communications. Highly analytical and KPI-driven, the person is dedicated to continuously improving email marketing performance.

Responsibilities:

Strategize and execute promotional & lifecycle email programs including trafficking assets & audience targeting, QA, and monitoring performanceManage the set-up and deployment of complex automated communications within Braze including A/B tests and behavioral triggersOwn the maintenance of the email marketing calendar, and the creation of email briefs. This involves working across various departments in the company, including creative, pricing, product, etc.Track key email metrics such as delivered, open rate, revenue, conversion rate, and opt-out rate by various email types and/or segments, establishing benchmarks for eachCreate & communicate reports (weekly, monthly, ad hoc, etc.) that analyze findings, identify trends and recommend a course of actionTroubleshoot technical issues related to email rendering, deliverability, and tracking.Enhance the app-first customer journey through cross-channel canvases including in-app messages, push notifications, email and on-site bannersRequirements2+ years’ experience with BrazeFamiliarity with A/B testing methodologies and email performance metricsGoogle Analytics and Pardot experience preferredFamiliarity with email marketing best practices for revenue generationKnowledge of list segmentation strategiesUnderstanding of email fundamentals: CAN-SPAM, segmentation, list/data extension management, KPIs, etc.Position Type/Expected Hours of WorkThis is a full-time remote positionRemote team members
