As a Production Graphic Designer, you'll capture the hearts and minds of consumers across the country with next level advertising. You will collaborate and execute projects ranging from brand development, advertising campaigns, print collaterals, and digital design. The ideal candidate is highly skilled in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop who possesses a creative and collaborative spirit.

What You'll Do

Reporting to the Senior Graphic Designer. You'll be responsible for executing design projects for both print and digital collaterals.Communicate clearly and thrive in collaborative, cross-functional environmentsActively participate in the creative workflow process to gain maximum efficiency in the review and approval of materials.Manage projects independently and ensure deadlines are met.Review and design materials for brand and style guide accuracy.Sound Like You?

You might be just who we're looking for if you have...

A bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual arts or related field.3+ years of relevant experience.Expert in Adobe Suite; Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.Ability to receive feedback from multiple stakeholders and execute notes thoroughly.Strong layout, composition, and typography skills.High execution skills with ability to consistently produce quality results.Strong organization, communications skills and highly detail oriented.Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects in a fast-paced environment.Portfolio that showcases your design skills.FLSA Status: Exempt

Will have responsibilities such as:

Office or non-manual work, which is directly related to management or general business operations

Act as a primary component of which involves the exercise of independent judgment and discretion about matters of significance

Report to Division/Corporate Office/Community daily and adhere to schedule

Ability to oversee direct reports daily and provide guidance as needed

Ability to access, input, and retrieve information from a computer and/or electronic device

Ability to have face to face conversations with customers, co-workers and higher level manager

Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time and move around work environment as needed

Ability to operate a motor vehicle

Comply with company policies and procedure

Physical Demands:

Must be able to able to remain in a stationary position up to 50% of the time

The ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
