The Digital Marketing Coordinator will assist in the development and execution of all digital marketing campaigns for CNBC subscriptions and our partners. This role will also assist the Marketing department on multiple projects simultaneously in order to meet marketing goals. This person should be creative, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, as well as have knowledge of current marketing best practices, HTML and CSS.

Build marketing campaigns, review analytics and execute quality assurance of all outbound campaigns

Assist with paid media marketing campaigns including requesting and delivering marketing assets, creating marketing copy and reviewing analytics to improve campaign performance

Assist in developing comprehensive reports detailing all key marketing metrics including exposures, clicks, click rates, conversion, and segmentation analysis

Perform day-to-day marketing activities including, but not limited to, digital marketing campaign set-up, scheduling, testing, and deployment of one-time, recurring, triggered and dynamic content-driven campaigns

Coordinate marketing content with the internal marketing team, editorial teams and/or product teams to ensure our content is as timely and relevant as possible

Assist in email marketing campaign development, deployment and analysis

Assist with creation, uploading, and managing of graphics in Adobe Photoshop

Perform quality assurance checks for all digital marketing campaigns

Assist in developing marketing plans to grow database

Support the Sr. Growth Marketing Manager with all projects related to this position

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience

1-2 years of digital marketing experience, specifically in retail, direct-to-consumer and/or audience development.

Familiarity with marketing platforms (Sailthru, Zephr, HubSpot, Zendesk, Google Analytics, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, etc.)

Basic HTML, CSS and graphic design skills

Knowledge of marketing tactics and best practices

Basic computer knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications

Strong written and verbal communication skills
