Universal Pictures Home Entertainment entertains audiences around the world, focusing on the transactional in-home business across physical and digital releases of new and library film and television shows. The global brand marketing team is responsible for developing product and marketing strategies for home entertainment consumers across new release, catalog, and television product. The coordinator is responsible for supporting the teams with day-to-day management of strategy and marketing information, as well as being office liaison communicating with internal NBCU divisions as well as external businesses.

Responsibilities

Competitive intel and tracking across in-home landscapes

Coordinating meetings; maintain files, notes and follow up needs

Distribute calendars, weekly reports, updates and relevant marketing materials across internal teams

Track, ingest, organize and update teams for all incoming materials from other divisions regarding campaign materials

Point of contact for internal system questions

Create title level information for internal and external distribution to partners

Research and compile competitive overviews of key releases

Assist brand teams across title specific needs

Be expected to handle confidential and other sensitive information

Conduct research on request and maintain general awareness of industry trends, formats and competitive landscape

Additional projects as required by teams

Qualifications

Basic Requirements

Minimum of 1 year professional experience

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Google suite

Eligibility Requirements

Ability to anticipate, problem solve and stay level-headed under pressure.

A motivated individual with a passion for film and television and willingness and desire to learn would enjoy working with our fun and dedicated team

Experience working within an office environment a plus

Scheduling and PM experience a plus

Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.
