Please Note: This is a Utah-based hybrid position which will require some regular in-office days each week.

Essential Job Duties

As an International Product Marketing Manager at BambooHR, you will be responsible for supporting and enabling our Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) business through all stages of the buyer's journey. You will use your regional knowledge and audience expertise to enhance our sales conversations and improve how we communicate the BambooHR value to the EMEA market. Your efforts will be crucial in driving marketing success, boosting sales win rates, and growing a key business segment. As a member of our remarkable Product Marketing Team, you will be required to understand the product feature set and competitive positioning as you develop innovative and compelling deliverables, such as messaging, sales collateral, and marketing content.

You will:

Conduct thorough market research to understand trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape in the EMEA region.Develop and implement go-to-market strategies tailored to the EMEA region.Adapt global marketing materials and campaigns to suit the cultural and linguistic nuances of the EMEA market.Work with local teams to ensure that product positioning and messaging resonate with the regional audience.Create and deliver sales enablement materials, including presentations, collateral, and training sessions, to support the sales team in the EMEA region.Develop customer personas and journey maps specific to the EMEA market.Work collaboratively with Sales, Sales Enablement, Marketing Communications, Demand Generation, and other teams to drive growth and customer success in EMEA.Bring audience insights and loss reasons to Product Management to influence future roadmap opportunities.Act as a subject matter and target audience expert as you support internal teams in achieving their KPIs and business goals in EMEA.What You Need to Get the Job Done

You have been trained in the Product Marketing disciplineYou have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; a Master's degree preferredYou have 3+ years of product marketing experience, preferably working with international markets or the EMEA regionYou have experience going deep on a particular audience, vertical, or persona.You have experience with product marketing strategy and execution in high-tech companies, specifically around subscription and/or SaaS/Cloud business modelsYou have experience with all aspects of product marketing including sales enablement, messaging, positioning, competitive research, packaging, content creation, campaign execution, etc.You have experience with data-driven market research and analysis to inform strategy, prioritization and messagingYou have experience working with cross-functional teams that span marketing, sales, and product management organizations.What Will Make Us REALLY Love You
