Essential Functions:

Content Creation & Management:

Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent and engaging posts across all social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and LinkedIn.Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, videos, written posts) to align with Wild Adventures' brand voice and marketing goals.Collaborate with the marketing team to develop social media campaigns that support park events, promotions, and special activities.Guest Engagement:

Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries and comments received through social media channels using manager-approved statements.Engage with followers by liking, commenting, and sharing user-generated content to build a community and enhance guest experience.Monitoring & Reporting:

Monitor social media mentions of Wild Adventures seven days a week and respond or escalate issues as necessary.Track and analyze social media metrics to gauge the success of campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.Provide regular reports on social media performance, insights, and trends to the marketing team.Additional Responsibilities:

Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.Assist in the planning and execution of influencer partnerships and collaborations.Coordinate with the customer service team to ensure a seamless guest experience across all touchpoints.Support other marketing initiatives as needed.Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.Proven experience as a Social Media Coordinator or similar role.Strong understanding of social media platforms, including their respective best practices and algorithms.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging and original content.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Strong organizational and time management skills.Basic knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools is a plus.Working Conditions:

This position requires availability on weekends and holidays, as well as occasional evenings for special events.Must be able to work in an outdoor environment in various weather conditions.
