Marketing Assistant

Stellar Energy specializes in a wide range of engineering and manufacturing solutions within the energy sector including turbine inlet air chilling, central utility plants, district cooling, combined heat & power systems, thermal energy storage, inlet air heating, data center chilling, and inlet air chilling for LNG facilities. Summary Objective The Marketing Specialist supports all aspects of the Marketing Department. They will be involved in day-to-day tasks that support the Stellar Energy brand through internal communications, special events, collaborating on conferences, managing administrative tasks, and general brand development, contributing to the growth and success of the company through effective marketing strategies.

Essential FunctionsAssists in drafting, designing, and enhancing creative assets that embody the brand's visual identity.Verifies that assets and designs are consistent in brand representation and ensures that assets are flexible enough for varying mediums.Created, maintains, and adapts assets, product imagery and graphics to keep up with current and emerging marketing trends.Coordinates with internal teams on developing new marketing collateral, content, and design features for front facing and internal applications.Presents design and graphic drafts to the marketing team and takes feedback for use in future versions.Knowledgeable about the latest design software and marketing concepts.Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. The position also requires the coordination of off-site events where you may be exposed to outside weather conditions.

Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. This is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand as necessary. The employee must occasionally lift or move up to 25 pounds.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.

Travel Anticipated 20% travel for this position. Some occasional local day travel may also be necessary.

Preferred Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.Some graphic design experience.Required Education and Experience

1-2 years of previous marketing experience.Efficient in Microsoft platforms (Word, Adobe, PowerPoint, Excel).Familiar with Adobe platforms and other design software.

Work Authorization Must be authorized to work in USA.
