Description

Design critical communication materials, with a great deal of autonomy, for the entire Paycom organization.

RESPONSIBILITIESManage design on complex campaigns and projectsCollaborate with peers to create time estimates for projectsCreate strong branded design work from initial idea to final production. (print and digital advertisements, flyers, invitations, brochures, magazines, white papers, e-mails, fillable PDF forms, PowerPoint templates, webinars, Word docs, direct mail, posters signage, video graphics, website pages, newsletters, journals, corporate reports and other miscellaneous collateral materials).Mentor junior members of teamStudy design briefs and determine requirementsMaintain current knowledge of design trendsSolve design problems proactively with patience and intelligenceWorks closely with copywriters and other peers to produce final designsPerforms other duties as assignedQualifications

Education/Certification:

Bachelor's degree in Design, Art or another related fieldOR

Equivalent years of experience in graphic designExperience:

3+ years graphic design experience.Advanced proficiency in Adobe design software.Portfolio required with application.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience:

5+ years graphic design experience.Skills/Abilities:

Leadership skillsSelf-starter with high accountabilityExcellent concept skillsStrong design and problem-solving skillsExpert with Adobe Creative Cloud Suite.
