ABOUT THE POSITION

We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to help guide the evolution of the Marketlab brand and ourgo to market strategy. This individual needs to be a creative problem-solver who thrives in a collaborativeenvironment, enjoys creating a wide variety of deliverables, and desires to be with a company that strives toalways keep our customers at the forefront of all we do.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create and manage a variety of marketing communication materials for both print and digital channels throughcollaboration with team members within and outside of the Marketing team helping to ensure clear alignmentand buy-in from all stakeholders• Responsible for managing multiple design projects from concept to on-time delivery with minimal supervision• Promote the vision of the company through high-quality graphic content that maintains brand consistency andsupports the marketing plan and corporate initiatives• Direct product photography/photoshoots for use in all marketing materials• Delegate, support and review the work of graphic designers and give guidance and feedback

Work will consist of, but not be limited to, the development of the following materials: - Print: catalogs, brochures, sell sheets, spec sheets, tradeshow collateral, ads, posters, signage, packaging - Digital: e-brochures/catalogs, web banners, emails, social media posts, ads

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or any similar related/equivalent field• 7-10 years of proven print and digital design experience/ability with a portion being in a corporate environment
