Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Coordinator to join our resort team. The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for assisting in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our resort facilities and services. This role requires a combination of creativity, strategic thinking, and strong organizational skills to effectively drive engagement and bookings. The OKANA Resort is part of Pyramid Global Hospitality, a leading hospitality company that offers career opportunities and has a steadfast commitment to putting people first.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.1-2 years of Marketing experience in a relevant field (Previous Hospitality experience a plus).Current knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics as well as social media platforms and their applications for marketing initiatives.Computer proficiency, including Microsoft 365 Suite and marketing software and tools.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail; keen eye for proofreading marketing materials.Present a professional appearance and personality to confidently interact with clients and hotel team members.Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Compensation Range

The compensation for this position is $17.00/Hr. - $20.00/Hr. based on qualifications and experience.
