Duties & Responsibilities:As a 3D Artist you will be responsible for creating photorealistic 3D Visualizations both interior and exteriorResponsible for modeling from CAD, modeling assets, creating custom materials with textures, lighting, and renderingResponsible for postproduction work on still renderings to enhance imagesWork independently with design team in creating renderings for presentationSteelman Partners Statement:

Requirements
Required Skills and Abilities:
Proficient in 3D Studio MAX, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Substance Suite, Chaos Corona RendererKnowledge of Unreal Engine is a plusMust be able to understand CAD Drawings and basic knowledge of CADMust be up to date on industry standards, trends and toolsCandidate must have proven experience working in the architectural visualization industryGood understanding of photography, light, color and compositionMust be able to work in a collaborative team environment and adhere to team standardsMust have the ability to meet deadlines and work under pressureEducation and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Art, Architecture, Design or related field
