Responsibilities:
Collaborate with architects and clients to develop innovative and functional interior design concepts that align with project goals and requirements.Create detailed interior design plans, including space layouts, material selections, color schemes, and furniture specifications.Produce 3D renderings, sketches, and presentations to communicate design concepts effectively to clients and project stakeholders.Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to source materials and furnishings, ensuring quality and adherence to project budgets and timelines.Provide ongoing support and guidance throughout the construction phase to ensure the successful implementation of interior design plans.Stay updated on current trends, materials, and technologies in interior design to continually enhance design solutions and offerings.Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in architectural interior design, preferably in a professional design firm or architectural practice.Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.Strong understanding of space planning, building codes, and regulations related to interior design.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey design concepts to clients and project teams.Creative problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.Benefits:
