As part of our ongoing growth and expansion, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Graphics Artist/Multimedia Specialist to support the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration's (NOAA) National Data Buoy Center (NDBC).

This position is contingent on contract award.

Responsibilities

Core responsibilities of the Graphics Artist/Multimedia Specialist will include, but are not limited to:Work on a wide range of projects using software programs to develop graphic products to meet NDBC's needsTranslate strategic direction into high-quality designDevelop communications products for a variety of users and stakeholdersPrepare communications materials for NDBC eventsCreate visual products for NDBC staffTranslate technical information into compelling visual materialsAssist the NDBC Communications Lead with planning/execution of tours, events, etc.Take and edit photos of events, visits, operations, etcMaintain a historical library of graphics, photos, videos, images, etc.Qualifications
