POSITION SUMMARY
[The [Graphic Designer creates visual communication and marketing materials to ensure brand and design standards are followed. This individual will be an integral part of the team, planning and implementing marketing strategies and messages in areas of alumni and/or donor events and strategic outreach initiatives that help enhance and support the UND Alumni Association and Foundation. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Create and design marketing communication materials across various media (print, digital, and video).Work on multiple design projects and ensure deadlines are met and projects stay within budget and scope.Work with outside vendors as needed to ensure timelines are met and projects are produced within established budget parameters.Utilize various design software platforms within Adobe Creative Suite to create and edit designs.Ensure that brand guidelines and templates are being used consistently across the organization.Proficient understanding and application of the UND brand guidelines.Design or coordinate multimedia presentations to include PowerPoint and video for use in group settings and/or websites.Work closely with all organization departments and college liaisons.Continue learning and staying up to date with design tools, trends, and technologies.Conduct research to understand target audiences and market trends.Preparing and proofing designs for print production.Other duties as assigned.
