We're seeking an AI User Experience Engineer who shares this passion and can drive the continuous enhancement of Mem's UI/UX. At Mem, we are pioneering a domain we call 'AIUX' — user experience crafted for AI interfaces. We are looking for someone who is eager to shape this evolving field and define the way humanity engages with AI on a daily basis. If the prospect of pioneering the next frontier of UX excites you, we're eager to meet you.As an AI User Experience Engineer, you willBe responsible for crafting the user experience, unlocking intuitive and delightful end-to-end workflows for our users.Collaborate with our Lead Designer to invent novel, AI-native interaction patterns.Engage in feedback loops with designers, engineers, and users to update and refine the product's UI/UX.Advocate for the user.You may be a good fit if youHave strong experience in UX engineering or front-end development. Prior founder or startup experience is a plus.Are familiar with Figma.Have a passion for creating intuitive and delightful user experiences.Enjoy working collaboratively with designers and engineers.Have strong written and verbal communication skills.Are a self-starter with the ability to work independently and solve complex problems.
