You should possess strong interpersonal skills, be adept at engaging with customers, and have the capacity to oversee online interactions with our community.You will be capable of representing our brand as its public persona, overseeing all community communications. To be successful in this role, you should possess a deep passion for social media, stay abreast of new developments and opportunities in the industry, be a strategic thinker and have strong project management skills.What is expected from you

What you’ll doCreate and manage the voice of Planisware to build brand presence and awareness within the online community.Align all company communications: PR, social media (LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube) and customer community to create a strong brand identity and increase engagementPerform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferencesDesign and implement social media strategy to align with business goalsSet specific objectives and report on ROIOrchestrate content publication across all social and customer platforms.Oversee newsletters (customers, prospect, analysts)Engage with the online community and respond to comments and requests.Relay community feedback to relevant internal stakeholders.Devise and implement customer community communication initiatives.Network with other departments to stay updated on new marketing initiatives, product, and service developments, and to ensure brand consistency.Liaise with external agencies, and journalists to ensure accurate brand representation.Paid holidaysUp to 4 months maternity leaveLife, short and long-term disability insuranceCompany annual kick-off trip401(k) plan with company variable contributionHealth, dental, and vision insuranceFSA plan, including employer contribution
