Applying for this role is straight forward Scroll down and click on Apply to be considered for this position.In the journey of your life, your career should make a difference.Your role as Group Copy SupervisorThe Group Copy Supervisor (GCS) is necessary in helping create comprehensive healthcare professional copy platforms, including but not limited to positioning and messaging architecture, for assigned accounts. In this role, you will not only execute the copy for certain projects but also will mentor and oversee more junior writers and act as a master brand product information specialist. The GCS reports to the Associate Creative Director (ACD).This role can be remote or hybrid (San Francisco office). We are looking for someone who can support working West Coast hours.What you’ll do:Demonstrate high level of professional expertise and superior writing skillsBring originality and innovative thinking while also being consistent with the brand messagingPossess awareness and familiarity with medical and scientific information that pertains to assigned brandsUnderstand how to research and source credible information, and use it to craft copy that delivers on strategyPartner with assigned art partner to develop impactful creative conceptsConfidently present and speak to the meaning behind conceptsUphold collaborative approach when working with client; be open to feedback and willing to explore further if necessaryShow a strong ability to present the rationale behind your work as appropriate to the. situationSet priorities while handling multiple projects and to delegate work appropriatelyEstablish knowledge of client's businessContribute to new business activitiesSupport planning and strategy in the development of creative or project briefsSupport in the evolution of brand personality and positioningParticipate in brand planning meetings with clientWhat you’ll bring:7+ years’ experience in advertising/marketing, pharma experience requiredExperience writing for HCPs; experience writing for patients is desirableSkill with writing clear, cohesive, scientific copy for multiple channels (print, digital, broadcast)Skill with writing foundational DSE and brand copy (eg, positioning, vision, message architecture, personality)Ability to unravel complex data to create a compelling narrativeClear presentation skills with an education edgeOversight for others executing multiple projects and independently manage complex projects assignedDecisive problem-solving skills, advanced listening and coping skills to remain clear-headedUnderstanding of how to use and apply medical references and validate with Medical Editor partner ahead of MLR submissionsKnowledge of AMA styleExperience with how work moves through the agencyUnderstanding of the principles of production (print, online, broadcast)Collaborative spirit and ability to be a trusted partner to Account, Strategy and Project Management counterpartsExperience with how to communicate with clients effectivelyInizio Evoke provides an exciting and flexible work environment, great compensation packages and outstanding company paid benefits including medical, dental, 401(k), tuition reimbursement, family leave and flexible time off.
