Our ambition is to deliver double-digit revenue growth through the vision of “Getting Taxes Done for Everyone,” with our greatest source of growth coming from acquiring consumers and business owners from the Assisted Tax segment with our powerful line of products and services.To continue our success, we must stay ahead of the curve on new customer acquisition models that extend core elements of our product into marketing channels and experiences. Director of Growth Marketing

for activating experts as an acquisition channel. The ideal candidate will bring a high level of product-led thinking together with a deep knowledge of marketing channels, particularly Search, Social and CRM channels. We are looking for a “builder” – someone who is given broad autonomy to create and mobilize a team and to operate with velocity to build new capabilities, new partnerships, and programs from the ground-up. This candidate should be someone who operates with a boundaryless, barrier-breaking mentality and a strong bias-for-action. A candidate who has experience with a two-sided network where one side of the network is a group of professionals, experts, coaches or other authority figures is a plus.The role will be responsible for assessing current capabilities to leverage our expert network in marketing channels, identifying gaps to enable experts as a marketing channel, building a product vision, hiring a team, and building a solution for implementation by the end of the year. The candidate will also have responsibility to identify the capabilities, systems and data needs to manage the solution on-going as an acquisition channel. Success will be evaluated by the ability to move with velocity to create, test and scale a product solution that enables the marketing team to hit targets for unit and revenue growth for the Assisted Services portfolio of products, which is growing close to +20% annually.This role requires a seasoned leader who can balance: strategy vs. execution, short vs. long, and build vs. partnership opportunities.Responsibilities

Vision & Strategy: Identify ideal state experiences and capabilities with concrete steps over short, mid and long horizons. Define success and galavanize team around it.Team Building: Identify, recruit, onboard and retain a team with critical cross-cutting skills required for the programContent Strategy & Ownership: Create best in class content strategies for exploitation in marketing channels with both organic and paid media. Some domain expertise in Search, Social and/or CRM channels.Data / Technical Requirements: Identify, source and/or build data, systems and technical capabilities required to scale solutionsTest and Learn: Rapid experimentation with a bias for action to generate output at scale; role models a learning mindsetChampion a culture of inclusion and innovation; create a safe, high-trust environment that encourages constructive debate and celebrates risk taking and failuresExperience building and scaling a new and complex digital product or web experience from scratchAbility to identify and evaluate technical solutions to achieve desired product and marketing outcomesStrong understanding of content, creative and technical strategies in Search and Social Media channelsExperience with media buying platforms, DSPs and performance marketing driving to digital productsData-first, systems thinking; ability to conceptualize and operationalize a programHave a proven track record for driving an innovative culture that translates into go-to-market successes and breakthrough outcomesBe experienced at hiring, inspiring, leading and developing members of the teamHave a strong bias for action with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and create a sense of urgency in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentAdditional qualifications include:10+ years of relevant digital product and/or marketing growth experience; with at least 4+ years of experience in a digital DTC businessPassion to win: Driving high standards for individual, team, and organizational accomplishment.
