Description

The CDM will create and monitor workflows using Telestream Vantage creating video and audio processes for internal clients. Closed caption creation and quality control of our assets will be performed as needed. The CDM will be required to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. The CDM will be responsible for documenting SOP for current and future workflows and partners.

• Manage delivery and processing of media files from external partners to Wondrium.

• Process and deliver digital content to various platforms using internal systems and processes.

• Create automated workflows to aid in the delivery process.

• Knowledge of Audio and Video containers, codecs and formats as well as delivery methods. (h264, ProRes, M4V, WMV, Bif, FTP, Aspera, Amazon S3, Telestream Vantage)

• Monitor workflow requests using FileMaker Pro to ensure all content is published by due date.

• Attend team meetings to coordinate media delivery from internal and external partners.

• Schedule resources needed throughout the delivery process.

• Coordinate with management to support partner relationships.

• Collaborate with teams across departments in support of content creation.

• Provide reports to senior management on status of deliveries.

• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Preferred Education and Experience

• Experience working in Adobe Creative Suite preferred

• 2-3 years experience designing Telestream Vantage workflows preferred

• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

• Detail-oriented and deadline-driven

• Experience with creating closed captions

• Experience with ticketing system (Jira, FileMaker)
