Job Description
Join us as an Sr. Product Manager Contractor, IBD HCP Marketing - Gastroenterology in our Lexington, MA office (locally based to area). As an Sr. Product Manager Contractor, IBD HCP Marketing - Gastroenterology working on the Brand team, you will be empowered to develop and lead marketing programs in this role, you will contribute to our mission by being a key player within the neuro-development franchise.
A Typical Day Will Include
Oversees, builds and integrates Personal Promotion Field Resources and Leave behinds, and Non Personal Promotion assets across the HCP ecosystem for Crohn’s and UC within HCP Marketing.
Identifies and recommends relevant programs and tactics within the HCP channel as a part of the Integrated Omni-Channel Customer Plan to pull through Brand Strategies and create meaningful and differentiated customer experiences for HCPs
Develops operational plan for campaign’s execution, sets metrics and measurement plan.
Continuously monitors campaigns performance within the channel, evaluates, tests and optimizes channel performance. Reports on campaign’s performance and status.
Translates data into actionable insights to enhance customer experience.
Navigates campaigns through medical, legal, regulatory reviews.
Identifies and manages agencies, holding them accountable to our policies, standards, timelines and budgets.
Effectively manages internal centralized partners, vendors and agencies work product and budget for assigned programs. Makes recommendations to optimize investment mix. May facilitate relevant sections Brand Planning process, support cross-functional Team through key Brand Planning milestones.
Required
Bachelor’s Degree
3-5+ years of progressive experience in marketing roles
Be a team player that is readily willing to help other strategic marketers in a fast-paced environment
Deep understanding of digital marketing with analytics and test-and-learn mindset
Ability to think big picture but also manage execution and set direction of multiple tactics by engaging key stakeholders within our company and with agency representatives
Proficiency in developing marketing strategy and tactic design with an ability to communicate ideas to internal partners and external agencies
Ability to lead without authority and influence cross-functional teams and drive alignment across key stakeholders
Ability to effectively mobilize internal and external resources and make trade-offs
Strong influencing, communication, and presentation skills
Desired
Experience in sales force and/or supporting the sales organization
Experience in the therapeutic area
Experience in commercial pharmaceutical or with an innovative Healthcare-related organization
Skills
Industry knowledge - understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and ability to quickly learn the disease state
Product knowledge - ability to quickly learn products and brand strategies and tie to patient journey
Communication - ability to communicate ideas, data both verbally and written, in a persuasive and appropriate manner
Budgeting - manage expenses and ROI with agencies, vendors, and across initiatives
Management - ability to set priorities, develop workflow processes, and direct people as necessary
