This is a fulltime opportunity, working onsite only in Fort Lauderdale, Florida

Annual salary: $62K - 65K for mid-level and $70K - $75K for senior-level

Job Summary:

We're seeking a highly organized, creative, and dynamic professional to join our client's commercial real estate team as a fulltime Bilingual Digital Marketing Manager. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and Spanish, with a strong background in administration, marketing, and social media management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the principal broker's schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference calls

• Assist with internal and external communications, including email drafting and proofreading

• Maintain organized files, both physical and digital, and ensure office supplies and materials are stocked

• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries

• Develop and implement social media strategies across multiple platforms

• Create and curate engaging content, including graphics and videos

• Collaborate with influencers and brand partners on content creation

• Analyze social media metrics and stay up-to-date with industry trends

Requirements:

• Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken)

• Mid-level (4-6 yrs) to senior-level (7+ yrs ) experience in marketing, or a related field

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

• Proficiency in MS Office and calendar management tools

• Basic experience in digital content creation and social media management

• Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented with a problem-solving attitude

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
