Job Summary:

Our Client seeks a Digital Marketing Manager to join their Sales and Marketing team in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. This hybrid role focuses on driving inbound marketing and lead generation for IT and BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) services.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute end-to-end marketing and lead generation strategies for IT services.
  • Collaborate with the digital marketing team on SEO, paid ads, email marketing, intent data programs, social media, and other channels.
  • Create and manage content strategies and calendars for assigned service lines.
  • Work with Practice leaders to develop relevant content and lead generation strategies.
  • Manage copywriters and graphic designers, ensuring quality deliverables.
  • Define and execute content distribution strategies to maximize visibility.
  • Build relationships with industry analysts and content distribution organizations to enhance brand awareness.
  • Measure, analyze, and report on lead generation performance, continually optimizing engagement levels.
  • Manage marketing budgets for IT initiatives.
  • Maintain and archive content assets, ensuring accessibility for stakeholders.
  • Ensure consistent voice and branding across all collateral.

Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field (MBA or advanced degree is a plus).
  • 5+ years of marketing experience in IT services, software, or technology products.
  • Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns in the IT, SAAS, BPO, or B2B sector(s).
  • Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM platforms like HubSpot.
  • Strong skills in Google Analytics, SEMrush, or other analytics tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Expertise in SEO, SEM, content marketing, email marketing, social media marketing, and analytics.
  • Strong ability to analyze market trends, customer data, and campaign performance metrics.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred but not required.
