Description

As the Digital Marketing & Communications Strategist you will manage Resolve Marine's online platforms and support internal and external digital communications. Across our social platforms, you will create engaging content for our B2B and B2C audiences that builds awareness of our global brand. Familiarity with website content management systems, SEO optimization tools and digital analytics platforms is required. As a team member, you are critical to the success of the Brand, Marketing and Communications department that supports Resolve Marine worldwide.

Position Responsibilities

Social Media

  • Oversee Resolve Marine's global and CEO social media plans and program execution
  • Source, create and publish timely social media content across LinkedIn, X and Facebook and bring fresh, innovative ideas that grow global brand awareness of the company
  • Create and oversee a global social media content calendar ensuring that all posts are well-written, reflect established brand standards and focus on increasing reach and engagement
  • Identify, track and communicate social media KPI metrics to internal stakeholders
  • Stay abreast of industry developments and best practices, competitor activity, and new techniques and platforms to ensure that Resolve Marine is at the forefront of leveraging social media to benefit our stakeholders
  • Leverage and manage social media listening tools to derive insights, trends and address opportunities and risks.

Website

  • Oversee resolvemarine.com; source, post and update content and images as required
  • Plan and execute SEO content strategy that optimizes website content and visitor engagement
  • Act as primary point of contact for identification and resolution of web performance issues
  • Responsible for site analytics

Marketing & Communications

  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop, execute and monitor strategic marketing initiatives
  • Support client services and source marketing materials, such as sales and product collateral and giveaways; coordinate timely deliverables with graphic design and production vendors
  • Post and update on Flagship, Resolve Marine's intranet site, as requested and directed (SharePoint)
  • Responsible for quarterly client newsletter distribution via MailChimp and global town hall meeting logistics
Position Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing and/or digital platform management required
  • Experience across various digital platforms (SharePoint), marketing and analytics tools (Google Analytics) social media scheduling platforms (Hootsuite), website content management systems and marketing automation platforms (Mailchimp)
  • Photo editing skills (Photoshop) required, video editing preferred
  • Strong writing, editing and verbal communication skills
  • Skilled at creating original content and able to creatively repurpose content from published materials
  • Able to prepare error-free social media content that requires minimal rewriting/editing
  • Well-developed prioritization, organization, and project management skills
  • Detail-oriented; exceptional time-management skills. Must be able to balance competing priorities
  • Ability to manage competing priorities while delivering the highest quality results
  • Team-oriented and capacity to work with team members across functions to accomplish joint goals
  • Excellent analytical skills
