Responsibilities

This multifaceted role involves building relationships with our customers, coordinating marketing campaigns, spearheading sales initiatives, managing our internet presence, and overseeing various administrative tasks to ensure seamless operations

•The ideal candidate for this role is goal-oriented, bringing creativity, innovation, and adaptability to the table to drive our business forward and make a significant impact on sales growth

•Collaboration: Work closely with the service, sales, and parts teams to develop and execute sales and marketing strategies across various mediums, including digital and traditional channels

•Campaign Management: Develop and implement marketing campaigns targeting existing and potential customers, leveraging diverse platforms to achieve measurable results

•Branding, Design and Materials: Enhance our brand and design across the entire customer experience including design, from business cards and stationary to website and social media

•Outside Sales: Forge new relationships, while nurture existing, by visiting marinas, boat dealers, boat builders, government entities, and commercial businesses to drive sales and service revenue
