What YOU Will Do:
Develop and Execute Campaigns:
Create and manage digital marketing campaigns tailored to the needs of our multifamily apartment community clients.
Collaborate with Clients and Teams:
Work closely with clients and internal teams to develop impactful marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate qualified leads.
Analyze and Optimize:
Use tools such as Google Analytics to monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions to optimize results.
Content Creation:
Develop engaging content for various digital platforms, including social media, blogs, and email marketing.
Paid Advertising:
Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and social media channels.
Reporting:
Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
What YOU will have:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field. Experience: 1-2 years of experience in paid advertising, social media management, and content writing.
Skills:
Proficiency in using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta (formerly Facebook), Cloud Campaign, Canva, and WordPress.
Attributes:
Strong analytical skills, creativity, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
What Would Be Cool If You Had:
Google Ads Certification or other relevant certifications.
Industry Knowledge:
Background in real estate, particularly in the multifamily sector.
